In the month of October, EXIM recognizes National Disability Employment Awareness Month, emphasizing the importance of ensuring equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This year's theme, "Advancing Access and Equity," also commemorates the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
