MWOB status includes Minority, Women, Veteran, Rural, or Disability-Owned -
Be a small business
Business size determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) standards -
Obtain a SAM.gov registration
This includes the issuance of a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
