In a spirit of collaboration, EXIM and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) have planned an inter-agency webinar focused on trade finance tools for U.S. agricultural exporters. Billions of dollars worth of agricultural products are exported from the U.S. and EXIM provides support to U.S. agricultural exporters through its Working Capital Loan Guarantee and Export Credit Insurance Programs. The USDA offers several programs including the Export Credit Guarantee Program known as GSM-102 and the Facility Guarantee Program. During the webinar, representatives from both agencies will thoroughly explain how these complimentary programs can benefit U.S. agricultural exporters along with how to qualify for them.

The webinar will be held on Wednesday, June 24th, at 1:00 p.m. ET and registration is available through this link. The webinar is free, open to all, and will be of particular interest to U.S. agribusiness exporters of products and commodities. Webinar attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of EXIM and USDA presenters and schedule individual consultation requests with either or both agencies on a later date.
